La Estanca: 24MW Windfarm in Zaragoza, Spain

Continuing our relationship with Enel Green Power, we acquired an additional 49% stake in a second 24MW wind-farm project in Frescano, Mallen, Zaragoza, Spain.

The Project’s is built and managed by Enel and achieved COD in November 2019. The Asset has an EV of €40mm and 24 years of life.

The Plant consists of eight turbines with each of them having 3.3MW unit capacity. We expect the plant to generate around 97 GWh annually which is enough to supply energy to some 24,500 families and avoid the annual emission of some 63,500 tons of CO2 into the atmosphere.
