8MW PORTUGESE WINDFARM

We acquired a 65% stake in an 8MW windfarm in Portugal in partnership with Exus in 2021. The project’s fully operational since 2012 with a historic 9 years of low operational volatility and strong cash flow generation.

The Project is composed of 4 turbines Gamesa G97 of which Exus was managing for 5 years prior to the joint acquisition. The Project enjoys regulatory revenues scheme for a 15 year period starting from COD.

Exus is also the technical manager for the asset and draws on its wide-ranging expertise to help its investors optimize technical performance, reduce financial risks and ensure long-term revenue certainty.
